Women's Initiative

In 2010 the Center convened a group of twenty of the best women and girls serving organizations in Atlanta to initiate a working group around the UN’s five Millennium Development Focus Areas for Women, which are health, leadership and participation, child sex trafficking, education, and economic development. 

This three-year collaborative is designed to provide  participating organizations with an opportunity to meet and work together, to provide professional development and sustaining inspiration for those on the front lines, and to create individual and organizational commitment to move the needle on some of the most pressing issues in our community.
